Privacy
Workridge is work-order software used by city Public Works departments. This notice explains what information Workridge keeps and how it is used.
What we keep
For city staff who use Workridge: name, job title, work email, department, and a work or mobile phone number. For work orders: the problem reported, its location, photos, notes, and a record of who did what and when. When a resident reports a problem by phone, staff may record the caller's name and phone number so the city can follow up.
How it is used
Only to run the city's work orders: assigning and tracking work, alerting staff about emergencies, and reporting on response times. Each city's data is kept separate and is visible only to that city's staff. The city owns its data and can export it at any time.
Text messages
Phone numbers are used only to send work alerts (see text message terms). Phone numbers and text-message opt-in information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
Workridge uses hosting, database, and text-message providers to operate. They process data only to provide those services.
