Work alert text messages
The city uses Workridge to assign and track Public Works work orders. Workridge sends text message alerts to the phone number below about urgent work, such as:
- an emergency work order assigned to you while you are on call, and
- for supervisors and the director, an emergency with no crew on site by its response deadline.
Message frequency varies with emergencies and on-call duty. Message and data rates may apply on personal phones. Reply STOP to any Workridge text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts off in Workridge under Settings. Your number is used only for work alerts and is never shared for marketing.
